Technogym, an Italian wellness company, has announced the opening of its new headquarters in Jersey City, New Jersey, US. This move enhances North American operations and reflects the company’s focus on innovation, improved logistics, and better customer support.
The move from Fairfield, Connecticut to Jersey City positions Technogym in a major business hub, supporting continued growth and service expansion. The new investments will allow for the modernisation of logistics infrastructure, an expanded warehouse in several regions and a certified service network. Additionally, a new reserve facility will enable the firm to improve response times from maintenance and support.
Nerio Alessandri, founder and CEO of Technogym, said “This new investment is a tangible demonstration of our continued commitment to the US market. Our new headquarters places us in a prime location that enhances our ability to serve customers, drive innovation, and elevate the wellness experience for individuals and businesses alike.”
In addition to its new headquarters, Technogym is also focusing on enhancing its service capabilities, which include end-to-end logistics, original spare parts warehouses and a service network. Firstly, the firm has established partnerships with two logistics providers responsible for warehouse management, delivery and installation. They also have a specialised logistics partner for low-touch product deliveries.
The new facility in New Jersey, which is 1114.84sqm, holds a parts inventory and enables business day shipping across the country. The firm has similar facilities in Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Their service network includes 120 service providers and company technicians equipped with service vans, spare parts, and software to ensure efficient operations.
With the investment in logistics and customer support, Technogym aims to enhance its service across the U.S.
